It has been our experience that some people are just "window shopping" and as such deposits are non-refundable. 
While we want to be flexible, it is not fair to our puppies to miss out on another opportunity for a great home.
However, if a puppy is not available from the litter you selected, we will apply your deposit to another
litter of similar quality at our discretion.
