Royale Shepherds is proud to be making a significant contribution to the Leader Dog program, located in Rochester, MI.

Royale Kennels have donated puppies in the past to the program and currently donate stud services. The puppies donated as well as breeding stock from Royale Shepherds, Turbo & Rosco have excelled both as Dog Guides and as part of Leader Dogs prestigious breeding program.

His raiser's, Susie and Roy Ferguson are thrilled!

The quality of puppies donated to the Leader Dog program is reflected in the fact that they are valued as Dog Guide's by people from all walks of life. Such as well known personality actor and entertainer Tom Sullivan. Pictured here to left with his current Dog Guide "Edison". Edison is a Rosco/Dixie son.

Mr. Sullivan has retired his previous Dog Guide "Partner" [pictured below]. Partner was one of Royale Shepherds puppy donations. Partner's service and dedication to Mr. Sullivan was so valued not only as a Dog Guide but as a steadfast companion. We are honored to say that he chose to replace him with yet another Royale Shepherd.

Turbo was a very important stud for the Leader Dog breeding program. He produced many puppies with sound structure and temperament. As well as puppies that have excelled in obedience, protection work and as family companions.

It has been a true pleasure for us at Royale Shepherds to have an all around complete German Shepherd Dog in Turbo.

Turbo's Progeny

"Kira"

Kira is a Turbo daughter pulled for the Leader Dog breeding program after a full cycle of training.

"Truman"

Truman is a Turbo son. After completing his full cycle of Leader Dog training he was pulled for their breeding program.

"Ramsi"

Ramsi is a puppy from Turbo's very first litter. All the puppies from this litter were donated to the Leader Dogs and have graduated from the training program. Ramsi and litter sister Kera were pulled for the Leader Dog breeding program after completing the full cycle of training.

Rosco is currently stud to many Dog Guides. Pictured below are some of Rosco's sons and daughters. They truly enjoy their work. The GSD breed thrives if given a "job" to do. Knowing how important their work is they always strive to give us their best!

Rosco is and continues to be an Ambassador to the German Shepherd Dog breed.

Rosco has been recently retired as a stud dog. His contribution to the Dog Guide program made a posistive impact for the GSD breed and we are extremely proud of his accomplishments!
